Data collection

We obtain data through web forms, email and the call-request service. The information requested must be accurate so that we can provide the service or reply to your enquiry.

We retain data during the contractual relationship and for up to 10 years after the service ends to meet legal obligations. For one-off enquiries, we retain what is needed to manage them and evidence the assistance provided.

To provide some services, it uses technology providers that process data on Fiscaliza's behalf, including Netelip to manage call requests. This service may process the supplied telephone number, the page from which the call is requested and the technical data needed to place it.

Your rights
